The Learning Technologist Development Programme provides a structured professional development pathway for new, aspiring and developing learning technologists working within education. The role of the learning technologist has changed significantly. It is no longer simply about supporting platforms or showing colleagues how to use digital tools. Effective learning technologists increasingly work across pedagogy, curriculum design, staff development, digital systems, accessibility, artificial intelligence, innovation and organisational change.
